Following up from meets with Coaches, here I share more about myself, recent work, coaching and some ideal next steps.

I'm from California and living in Berlin since 2013.

Recent Work:

I was serving as Agile Coach (similar to Scrum Master) at a software product for a German company since 2020.
I served as coach for several dev teams (and leadership trios) as well as helping us fellow Agile Coaches in our day-to-day operations, facilitations and learnings.
Receive my Scrum Master certification in 2020 from an Agile42 course.
Received my AgilePM v3 Certification in August 2025 from APMG. Began formulating and leading small projects to improve Sprint Reviews and other collaboration spaces for our developers as well as stakeholders.
My role at this company ended November 2025.

Previous Work:

At a small software startup in Berlin I wore several hats ranging from handling Product Management decisions, Quality Assurance, Communications and Support documentation around the product.
At a Berlin tea company I was on a team handling training to our staff on the tea and products we sold, plus training baristas to create and consistent tea experience in hospitality settings.
Mein Deutschkenntnisse ist Niveau B2/C1 (mache Dez/Jan einen C1 Kurs).

Coaching:

I completed the Animas training in 2020 and have been coaching clients 1:1 since then. Read more about my Coaching offer.
I'm about to restart some efforts to broadcast my coaching service.
